My goal is to guide you in finding a balance that truly works for you, just as I did.
For a decade, I was in the fast-paced world of tech, building products and pushing boundaries. I quickly realized my true purpose wasn't just about the products—it was about building people up. I found my own balance through my body (5x marathoner!), teaching yoga, and becoming a certified health & wellness coach, and now I'm here to guide you. My goal is simple: to help you find that same passion and energy, so you can thrive in a balanced life without sacrificing your health or happiness.
